Today he is an educator, focusing on the next generation. With his wife, he has opened a school o, blending Montessori and Forest School pedagogy with a strong social focus so that all could enter, not only kids from wealthy families. He says; "This has been a very nurturing spiritual path so far despite obstacles and uncertainty. Arielle Semin, Sustainability advisorArielle has been on a path of consciousness since she started her first professional job. For many years her inner path was disconnected from her career path until she had the realization that there was no difference between the two. In this clip she talks about the aha-moment that brought all of herself into her leadership. At the time of the interview, Arielle was working at Nestlé as Innovation and Sustainability director. Today she is advising companies on their sustainability strategy incorporating the wisdom of indigenous people, retrieving the higher purpose of the business with a connection to Earth and Source, a corporate shamanism.
