Maiken Piil, author of Leadership Alchemy

Leadership Alchemy came to me as a whisper one day as I was heading to the bathroom. It was so soft I almost missed it, but yet so clear that there was no other choice than to follow through. Since then it has been a co-creation between me, my soul and the Universe. Now I am thrilled to share it with you. It is the culmination of over 15 years of intense inner work, studying, educating myself and experimenting with reality. 

I have since 2013 been dedicated to working with consciousness and transformation - whether this took place in the realm of business, leadership, personal inner work or speaking and writing. My work is rooted in the mystical truth that inner world create outer world, and that we as humans have a magical and creative potential to co-create reality with the intelligence of the Universe in life affirming ways. I have supported people all around the globe on their transformational journey, and guided them in their inner work towards creating results in alignment with their noble being.
